This is the "Nautilus" a home built by Sammut Homes in New South Wales. This impressive waterfront home is a 7 bedroom, 6 storey high that was built in a slope. It features a home cinema, bowling alley and a bar.
Australian Spec Home of the year was won by Victorian Builder - Art Noveau Homes. This open plan home uses natural materials yet also keeps up-to-date with technology. It features full length windows that combines inside and outside seamlessly and provides stunning views to the japanese inspired gardens.
Alvaro Bros Builders from ACT/Southern NSW has won the Renovation/Addition category with this stunning rural house conversion. They have restored the original 2 wings to this dilapidated house and added a third wing. Consequently they have transformed this house into a country beauty.
